MIA Institute of Knowledge

MIA Institute of Knowledge was established in 2023 as an initiative of the Manitoba Islamic Association to provide quality education rooted in Islamic values. We are committed to providing a learning environment where students can develop a strong Islamic identity while mastering the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their day to day lives and the world at large. Our classroom programs are from kindergarten to grade six with an expectation to add one grade level each school year. Our students receive personalized attention in small class settings, allowing them to reach their full potential academically, spiritually, and socially. We believe in ensuring equity, fairness, and respect for all students’ rights and needs.

Our Mission is to provide an excellent, comprehensive education that integrates Manitoba curriculum and the Islamic knowledge and values, nurturing students to become confident, responsible individuals who contribute positively to society while maintaining their Islamic identity. We embrace creative approaches to education, incorporating new technologies and teaching methods to prepare students for further education. We build strong partnerships between our school team and families.
