- Be committed to innovative educational practices and child-centred initiatives
- Be an effective communicator with excellent organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of literacy and numeracy programs
- Ability to differentiate instruction and assessment
- A valid Manitoba Permanent Professional Teaching Certificate
